(2 Timothy 2:19) Though the world is changing and new ideas and technologies emerge, neither the lost condition of man nor the transforming power of the gospel has changed, and the blood of Jesus Christ must still be preached for the salvation of souls in this wicked and corrupt generation.

Obtaining a Good Report

This sermon was preached at Heart of Christ Community Church in Tucson, Arizona, on November 12, 2006, and is actually the second of two services conducted at the church; the first sermon will be made available shortly.

This message deals with the vital necessity of faith, examining the heroic standard set by those ancient men and women listed in the eleventh chapter of Hebrews. "And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect." (Hebrews 11:39-40) Our generation is starving for men and women of this caliber of faith, but who will heed the call? Download below:
